Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support (Helpdesk) and managing the technical infrastructure for end-user devices, including notebooks, PCs, and peripheral equipment like printers and scanners. The specialist will be responsible for the administration, installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Windows systems, specifically handling Microsoft 365, Office applications, and various tools. Key duties include performing system updates, supporting rollouts (Windows 10/11 migration), managing user accounts and permissions, and documenting all IT processes and system changes. The position requires a degree in IT/Business Informatics or a relevant vocational IT qualification combined with several years of professional experience.
