IT Systems Specialist | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an IT Systems Specialist eager to actively shape the energy transition by managing and optimizing complex IT solutions, particularly within Geoinformation Systems (GIS). Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating error analysis and resolution across the complex IT landscape, taking ownership of specific services, optimizing service management processes, and enhancing monitoring for cloud applications by defining key performance indicators (KPIs). The specialist will collaborate closely with Product Owners and developers to ensure smooth operations and prepare the implementation of optimal IT solution concepts in collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, possesses initial experience in IT Service Management, ideally with ITIL certification, and is adept at translating complex technical concepts for stakeholders. Success requires a preference for agile methodologies like Scrum and DevOps, strong teamwork skills, and fluency in both German and English.
