Job Summary

This role seeks a strategic and dynamic Sales Leader to scale SiliconExpert’s world-class AI and data solutions across enterprises in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will provide full-cycle sales leadership, focusing on B2B SaaS solution selling, from lead generation through closing significant enterprise agreements. Key responsibilities include building and executing a repeatable solution selling motion, establishing processes and KPIs for accurate forecasting, and partnering closely with marketing and product teams on the go-to-market strategy. The role requires extensive experience selling complex B2B software and data solutions (such as supply chain, PLM, or AI/Data) into large accounts, a proven track record of exceeding substantial sales quotas (>$20M), and the ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams. This is an attractive opportunity for a builder passionate about creating scalable solution selling strategies in the fast-paced electronics supply chain intelligence sector, working fully remotely with required travel.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or similar); MBA is a plus.

Experience

  • 10+ years enterprise SaaS selling experience
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas >$20 million
  • Deep experience selling B2B software and data solutions (e.g., supply chain software, PLM, ERP, CRM, ALM, or AI/Data)
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle sales (lead generation to closing significant enterprise agreements)
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling B2B SaaS sales teams
