Job Summary
This role involves working as an IT Field Service Technician, primarily focused on providing on-site support and managing the IT infrastructure across various multi-user locations within the region. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, working closely with specialized internal teams. A key part of the job is analyzing and resolving IT malfunctions, classifying support cases, and ensuring thorough documentation. The technician will also be responsible for setting up new workstations and onboarding new users.
