Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Facility Management Services Specialist to take full responsibility for managing soft and hard service delivery from suppliers across ASML's Berlin locations (Britz and Köpenick). Operating within the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team, you will be crucial in ensuring efficient Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services and operational reliability. Key responsibilities include assessing current service levels, leading optimization initiatives for processes, identifying cost savings, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication and collaboration structures. You will also be involved in developing and implementing new services, optimizing the use of CAFM software, and co-designing IFM sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Facility Management or a technical field, possesses at least five years of relevant FM experience, ideally in a production or industrial setting, and demonstrates strong German and good English proficiency. This position requires a minimum of 60% on-site presence.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facility Management
