Job Summary

Join Bechtle, a leading IT service provider in Europe, as an IT Onsite Technician specializing in End User Computing. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving IT incidents and issues directly at client sites, ensuring swift resolution in line with service level agreements. Your daily tasks will include performing break-fix repairs, managing installations, moves, additions, and changes (IMAC) for IT equipment, and handling warranty and guarantee processes. You will also provide technical support by appointment and meticulously document all activities within the client's ticketing system, collaborating closely with the remote service team.
