Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Software Architect for HENSOLDT, a leading provider of premium sensors for security and surveillance missions. The core responsibility is the conception, development, and maintenance of a cross-sectional software platform, requiring expertise in C++ and modern software technologies. Day-to-day tasks include requirements analysis, specification, strategic platform development, and supporting other teams in deploying the platform. You will be instrumental in the strategic advancement of development processes, utilizing agile methodologies like SCRUM, and working with technologies such as C++17/20, Rust, and TypeScript under Linux, QNX, and FreeRTOS. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science, extensive professional experience as a Software Architect, and fluency in both German and English, with strong capabilities in real-time signal and data acquisition software development.
