Job Summary

This role involves managing critical improvement and digital transformation projects within the procurement organization for Airbus Aerostructures in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing non-recurring project budgets and controlling headcount targets within procurement. Key daily activities include leading the competitiveness initiative for non-flying spend, driving digitalization projects, and serving as the focal point for Digital Sourcing and Contracting Solutions across the Airbus procurement network. A major project involves leading the implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management system. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or International Management, coupled with several years of experience in project management, process improvement, digitalization, and both operational and strategic procurement. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective communication with management and cross-functional teams (IT, Legal).
