This role seeks an MES and Electrical Engineering Specialist to drive the digital transformation of production processes within a leading dairy joint venture. The specialist will oversee the entire digitalization lifecycle, from initial concept to full implementation, focusing heavily on enhancing and expanding the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) landscape. Key responsibilities include initiating production and technology digitalization projects, optimizing digital processes using AI-supported solutions, and managing external service providers. Furthermore, the role requires acting as the Responsible Electrical Expert, ensuring strict adherence to all electrical engineering norms and regulations, and leading related projects in close coordination with neighboring departments. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science, Automation, or Electrical Engineering, coupled with deep expertise in the MES environment, project management, and IT-supported process optimization.
