Job Summary

This role is for an Engineer or Specialist Planner focused on elevator systems, working with Dr. Schönberger GmbH, a subsidiary of Vonovia SE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical planning of elevator systems for maintenance, modernization, and new construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting on-site technical parameter assessments, developing implementation variants, creating shaft and cabin drawings, and preparing specifications. The role also involves overseeing tender and award processes, managing construction, and conducting acceptances. You will analyze technical contexts, assess maintenance needs, negotiate offers, and independently manage projects while communicating with clients, service providers, and suppliers. A key aspect is also creating risk assessments and contributing to the development of an elevator-specific app. This position requires strong engineering skills, practical experience with elevators, and proficiency in digital tools, offering a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
