Job Summary

This crucial full-time role, based in Saarbrücken, involves leading and coordinating the Hygiene and GMP Instruction team within a high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership of the team, ensuring the timely coordination and implementation of training measures for production employees, and conducting instruction sessions for new staff. A core function is guaranteeing strict adherence to all Quality, Production, and Safety standards, as well as maintaining compliance with SOPs and operating instructions. Applicants must possess completed vocational training as a Pharmaceutical or Chemical Technician, coupled with profound knowledge of GMP and hygiene regulations. This position requires solid experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and filling, excellent German proficiency, and a willingness to work shifts, offering a responsible and varied role within a collegial team environment.
