Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support, you will be the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and IT issues from customers and colleagues. Your daily tasks will include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software, operating systems, and handling IMAC/R (Install, Move, Add, Change, Remove) orders. You will be responsible for resolving disruptions while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and actively participating in IT projects such as rollouts and office relocations, ensuring thorough documentation. Additionally, you will manage hardware inventory, including administration and lifecycle management. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a customer-friendly demeanor, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Experience in 2nd Level Support
- Experience in onsite user support
Languages

- Driving License Class B
