Job Summary

This leadership role involves ensuring high software quality and standardization within a company specializing in custom cranes, manipulators, and handling systems for industries like aluminum smelters and nuclear power plants. The Technical Lead will be responsible for planning and executing quality assurance measures across all project phases, including integration tests, simulations, and factory acceptance tests. A key focus is on optimizing and standardizing PLC programming guidelines, checklists, and testing methods, ensuring functionality, reliability, and cyber resilience. The successful candidate will utilize technologies such as Siemens TIA Portal, fieldbus systems, OPC UA, and database connections. After an initial onboarding period, the role includes personnel responsibility, managing, organizing, and steering the team of PLC programmers, making strong organizational and communication skills essential.
