Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional or career changer eager to contribute to a successful research and development spin-off specializing in high-frequency technology, electronics, antennas, and software. Day-to-day responsibilities are highly hands-on, focusing on the assembly of mechanical and electronic components, including mounting, wiring, crimping, and detailed soldering of PCBs. You will also perform computer-aided and manual module testing and create necessary technical documentation. Key qualifications include excellent manual dexterity, a high sense of quality, and proficiency in MS Office. While an educational background in Mechatronics, Electronics, or IT is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The position offers significant flexibility, including a 35-hour work week, 30 days of vacation, and autonomous work within a small, supportive team environment.
