Job Summary
As a Collaboration Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the media technology for meeting and collaboration spaces, ensuring seamless operations for both in-person and hybrid events across the company's locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include administering software and hardware solutions for office telephony, Microsoft Teams telephony, and other cloud telephony solutions. You will also gain valuable experience in Session Border Controller (SBC) administration, while continuously reviewing and updating solutions to meet security and regulatory requirements. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong customer focus, who enjoys working with innovative technologies and is eager to take on diverse tasks within a project-oriented environment.
