Job Summary

This Manager role within EY-Parthenon's Real Estate team focuses on leading complex valuation projects and driving new business development within the Swiss market. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing current valuation projects, actively engaging in go-to-market activities, and ensuring high-quality results for a diverse clientele, including institutional investors and corporates with international portfolios. Key responsibilities involve participating in real estate advisory engagements, conducting detailed financial analyses, creating cash flow and portfolio models (DCF, NPV), and preparing comprehensive reports across various property types (office, retail, multi-family, etc.). The ideal candidate possesses 6-10 years of relevant experience, specializing in real estate valuations, coupled with profound knowledge of the Swiss real estate market and strong networking capabilities. Excellent German and English skills are essential for success in this dynamic, innovative, and highly collaborative environment.

Required Skills

Education

A bachelor's or master's degree in real estate, engineering, architecture, economics, or an MBA.

Experience

  • 6-10 years of relevant working experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years in the field of real estate valuations.
  • Background in real estate valuation, acquisition due diligence, asset management, finance, or market research.
  • Experience in creating complex financial models (cash flow/property/portfolio modeling).
  • Ability to work across different areas, including M&A and Transaction Support.
