Job Summary

This role involves managing the comprehensive financial closing and reporting processes for a renowned transmission system operator in the energy sector, based in Bayreuth. The expert will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the corporate group and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with both IFRS and statutory HGB standards. Key tasks include analyzing complex business transactions, ensuring legally compliant consolidated statements, and actively participating in strategic projects such as M&A transactions and process optimization initiatives. The expert acts as the primary contact for external auditors and internal interfaces regarding financial matters. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Accounting or a related field, several years of relevant experience in a corporate or auditing environment, and required proficiency in SAP and MS Office, alongside fluent German and English skills.
