This permanent, full-time position as a Radiochemistry Technician, starting January 1, 2026, is based within the Institute of Chemistry at the Faculty of Process and Systems Engineering. Day-to-day duties will encompass the preparation, execution, and documentation of complex chemical experiments, specifically those involving radioactive substances and isotopes. The technician will be crucial in maintaining and calibrating highly specialized laboratory equipment, ensuring operational readiness, and managing inventory. Key qualifications include a formal technician certification (Techniker) or equivalent background in chemistry or radiochemistry, combined with proven practical experience in handling hazardous and radioactive materials safely and effectively.
