Job Summary

This role involves designing, maintaining, and enhancing the Citrix infrastructure, specifically focusing on the comdirect environment within a leading German bank. The specialist will ensure unified and efficient performance monitoring, execute installation and maintenance projects, and provide critical analysis and troubleshooting for technical disruptions across the infrastructure and its interfaces. A key part of the role is quality assurance, maintaining audit-compliant documentation, and acting as a technical subject matter expert, coordinating projects within the specialized field.
