Job Summary

This role involves specialized engineering work focused on ensuring the quality and functionality of electronic devices and components through robust testing strategies. The Test Planner / Test Equipment Developer will be responsible for the planning and conceptual development of testing procedures for series production of measuring and testing devices (e.g., multimeters, safety testing devices) and electronic modules. Key day-to-day tasks include adapting and expanding existing test systems, supporting product development by creating test concepts, and developing innovative, cost-effective testing methods. The position also requires creating and adjusting test sequences using existing test software and participating in the redesign of a modular test system. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, possesses solid knowledge in electrical measurement and testing technology, and has experience in developing and commissioning test systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with fluency in German and good English skills, are essential for success in this critical role.
