Job Summary

This role offers an attractive opportunity within a renowned university hospital in Hannover, focusing on the service area of medical technology, specifically contract management. The Commercial Employee will be responsible for ensuring the safe supply of patients by overseeing maintenance and inspections of medical devices, managing relevant documentation, and processing invoices. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring equipment servicing, digitally processing documents and proofs of performance, maintaining data and generating reports using SAP and Excel, corresponding with specialist departments to gather missing records, and performing invoice verification. The ideal candidate holds a completed commercial apprenticeship, possesses strong PC skills including Microsoft Office and SAP, and demonstrates reliability, organizational talent, and teamwork ability. This position is initially temporary via temporary employment, offering a structured environment and a potential transition into the public service tariff (TV-L).
