Job Summary
This role seeks an engaged IT Support Specialist to join a modern family company in Hall, Tirol, focusing on actively shaping IT services rather than just resolving tickets. The specialist will be the first point of contact for employees across various company locations, including construction sites and hotel receptions, ensuring the IT environment remains stable, modern, and user-friendly. Day-to-day tasks involve the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, client system administration, and troubleshooting via remote access or on-site visits (requiring a company car). The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, excellent communication skills, and a process-oriented approach to IT service delivery, supporting IT projects and system migrations across the entire group.
Required Skills
Education
Completed HTL degree (IT, Informatics, or Electrical Engineering) or IKT apprenticeship
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT support or a comparable environment
- Strong technical understanding and process-oriented thinking
