Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as a Laboratory Technician is based at Schreiber, a global leader in processed cheese manufacturing located in Wangen im Allgäu. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high product quality and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting detailed chemical and sensory examinations of both raw materials and finished goods. You will also be responsible for managing hygiene and cleaning controls, performing essential tasks such as sample collection, filter checks, and product tastings. While a completed vocational training as a Laboratory Technician or equivalent qualification is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Candidates should ideally have prior experience in the food industry and must be prepared to work within a rotating shift system.
