Job Summary
This role is for an enthusiastic Field IT Service Technician who will provide essential on-site and remote IT support across various German locations (Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, etc.). The technician will be responsible for the qualified prioritization, classification, and documentation of technical issues within a ticketing system, performing detailed fault analysis, and implementing initial solutions. Key daily tasks include the setup, dismantling, commissioning, and maintenance of standard hardware components, and resolving technical faults. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT apprenticeship or comparable qualification, strong knowledge of service technology, excellent hardware know-how, and manual dexterity. This position requires very good German and good English skills, a Class B driver's license, and a high willingness to travel to support diverse client projects.

Experience
- Professional experience in the IT sector (or as a career changer)
- Knowledge in the area of service technology
- Experience with ticketing and remote tools
- Advanced know-how regarding standard hardware
