Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Development Engineer specializing in Thick Film Technology, focusing on the research, qualification, and optimization of innovative thick film pastes. Day-to-day activities include conducting preliminary studies with external partners, optimizing paste properties (rheology, drying, sintering behavior), and ensuring material quality by defining specifications and testing methods. The engineer will collaborate closely with suppliers and the Industrial Engineering department to integrate new pastes into production processes. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemistry, coupled with several years of professional experience in electrical material development, ideally within thick film pastes.
