Job Summary

This role involves the operation, administration, and troubleshooting of a complex, heterogeneous IT and data center infrastructure, primarily focusing on Windows and Linux environments. Key responsibilities include managing servers, clients, and directory services (eDirectory/IDM), along with maintaining network, Exchange, Citrix, and SCCM environments. The administrator will also secure web applications, manage anti-virus solutions, install and analyze server hardware (HPE), and provide essential user support while maintaining technical documentation. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with significant professional experience (minimum 5 years) in the specified areas, and very strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networking components (Cisco, Genua, F5), and standard IT hardware. The position is based in Cologne and requires fluent German and good English skills.
