Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced professional to act as the Global Business Process Owner, driving worldwide alignment and harmonization of Quality Control (QC) processes and systems, based in Mainz, Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking ownership of global QC process alignment, writing relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applying centralized processes across sites. The successful candidate will collaborate with local QC teams to harmonize systems and procedures (e.g., OOS, SAP, KPIs) and support the proper management of centralized processes like shelf life extension. A key aspect of the role involves providing support for global audits and inspections. This position requires 5+ years of GMP QC experience, expertise in designing and implementing QC processes across multiple sites, and strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, making it ideal for a process-driven leader fluent in English who is looking to ensure robust, scalable QC systems globally.
