Job Summary

This role is for a skilled (Senior) Frontend Developer to actively advance the 'Smart Cockpit' frontend using Angular and TypeScript, driving new feature development and continuous optimization within a revolutionary insurance technology platform. The professional will work 100% remotely across Germany, operating within an agile Scrum team utilizing the Holacracy organizational model. Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards for security, scalability, and performance, contributing to system architecture improvements, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate brings at least 4 years of experience with modern frontend frameworks, knowledge of Microservices, Event-Streaming (like Kafka), and a commitment to quality practices like TDD and Clean Code. Occasional support for backend development (Java) and DevOps tasks is also required, making versatility and a broad technical understanding essential for success in this self-organized environment.
