Job Summary
This role involves ensuring seamless information flow and process coordination within the customer service division of a major health insurance fund. The specialist will be responsible for the systematic preparation and provision of targeted information across all customer touchpoints, including the company website, internal news channels, and work instructions related to customer service processes. Key daily tasks include creating and developing written correspondence, acting as a primary contact for mailings, and engaging in defined project work and cross-departmental interface management. The ideal candidate must hold a qualification as a Social Insurance Specialist (focusing on general health insurance) or possess comparable professional experience within the Statutory Health Insurance (GKV) sector. Success requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and the 21c|ng system, and a proactive approach to developing the links between processes, digitalization, and communication.
