Job Summary
This role involves providing essential on-site IT support and administration for schools and business clients in the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region, working for a leading telecommunications and internet service provider. The Field Service System Administrator will be responsible for the autonomous identification and documentation of system faults using a ticketing system, alongside the installation and customization of IT systems directly at the customer's location. Key responsibilities also include performing regular maintenance, administrative tasks, and contributing to the technical documentation and knowledge base. Candidates should possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, and experience in technical support for peripherals, printers, and networks. Strong problem-solving skills, customer orientation, and fluency in German are essential for success in this innovative, team-oriented environment.
