Job Summary

The Technical Director will oversee the entire technical operations of the me and all hotel in Ulm, a brand under Lindner Hotels AG and now part of the Hyatt family. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing cost control, conducting continuous quality and safety inspections of all technical systems, and maintaining property cleanliness and order. The successful candidate will be responsible for all repairs, maintenance, and statutory inspections, as well as operating building technical systems, managing energy consumption, and handling fault reports. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a technical background who is passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a dynamic team redefining the hotel industry.
