Job Summary

This role as a Commissioning Technician involves the crucial task of commissioning locomotives for Siemens Mobility in Nuremberg. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing functional tests, executing semi-automated test procedures, and conducting detailed electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and error analysis on the trains. The technician will also be responsible for uploading and verifying control software, implementing necessary mechanical and electrical modifications such as control cabinet wiring and cable laying according to specifications, and diligently maintaining all technical documentation. Key qualifications include a successfully completed vocational qualification as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, coupled with at least one year of professional experience in this specific technical field.
