Job Summary

This critical role seeks an experienced RDQA Supplier Oversight Manager to drive regulatory compliance and process efficiency in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. The Manager is responsible for leading technically complex and strategic cross-functional projects, supporting initiatives that enhance adherence to global regulatory requirements and standards. Key daily activities include proactively reviewing and updating existing processes and procedures to boost efficiency, ensuring Quality Agreements align with company expectations, and consistently collecting and analyzing relevant metrics to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree and significant professional experience, including a minimum of 7 years of total experience and specialized background in QA/Regulatory Affairs, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industries. Success requires exceptional leadership, strong cross-functional collaboration, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
