Job Summary

This senior consulting role focuses on bridging the gap between specialized business departments and technical development teams in Hamburg. The consultant will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and meticulously documenting functional requirements within a productive system, ensuring that technical solutions align perfectly with business needs. Key daily tasks involve process visualization using tools like draw.io and plantUML, managing documentation, and driving requirements from initial discovery through to final documentation. The ideal candidate must possess fundamental knowledge of Requirements Engineering, a strong technical background (e.g., as a former Developer or Architect), and significant experience operating within agile project teams. Proficiency with essential DevOps tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and GitLab, is mandatory. This position offers a long-term, full-time contract with the flexibility of primarily remote work, requiring only approximately two weeks of on-site presence per month.
