Job Summary

This role involves working as a Chemical Technician in the production of high-quality coating materials, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-conscious manufacturing processes within a regulated 3-shift system. Daily tasks include the precise weighing and mixing of chemicals according to recipes, operating and controlling production equipment such as agitators, dispersing machines, and reactors, and continuous monitoring of process parameters like temperature and pressure. A key responsibility is conducting quality control tests on intermediate and final products, meticulous documentation of process data, and maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the equipment. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as a Chemical Technician or similar, possesses experience in chemical or paint technology production, and demonstrates strong technical understanding for operating plant controls.
