Job Summary

This role involves working as a Skilled Worker in Chemistry for a production company in the Stuttgart area, specializing in the development and manufacture of chemical products. The position is full-time, permanent, and offers the possibility of direct takeover by the client. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating, setting up, and maintaining mixing systems and other production machinery, monitoring chemical processes, and ensuring proper handling of raw materials, including powdered and liquid substances. The specialist will also conduct end-product controls, take samples, and document processes meticulously. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in the chemical field or equivalent, along with foundational knowledge of laboratory processes, quality control, and safety regulations. The role requires good German language skills for effective team communication and process understanding, along with reliability and flexibility to work in a mandatory 2-shift system (early and late shifts).
