This Expert Solution Customer Success Manager (S-CSM) role is critical for driving retention, adoption, and value generation for SAP CX Cloud customers within the Large Enterprise segment, specifically focusing on the Discrete Manufacturing and Automotive industries. The S-CSM acts as a key orchestrator, defining winning account strategies, managing the commercial aspects of the book of business (including renewals and expansion), and ensuring successful solution usage across multiple CX products (CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce). Day-to-day activities involve proactive engagement with senior stakeholders, collaborating closely with extended account teams (sales, product management, services), and managing customer escalations. This position requires deep expertise in digital transformation, account management, and fluency in both German and English, offering a chance to shape the future of SAP's intelligent suite.
