Job Summary

This critical role requires a dedicated professional to manage the timely and quality-driven implementation of Signaling and Control Technology (LST) construction projects, primarily focusing on mechanical LST systems, at the Esslingen am Neckar location. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the complete documentation process (construction file), ensuring economic resource planning, and managing the disposition of installation and maintenance personnel. The Site Manager acts as the technical supervisor, ensuring strict adherence to all occupational safety laws, accident prevention regulations, and relevant VOB/VOL guidelines. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in LST, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, possesses long-term professional experience in maintaining electrical signaling systems, and is proficient in MS Office products and SAP.
