Job Summary
The HR Generalist will be a key contributor to the client's human resources operations in the Upper Rhine Valley. This role involves active participation across core HR processes, including recruitment, payroll administration, and comprehensive employee support. A significant part of the job focuses on advising employees and management on daily HR matters, identifying and implementing process optimizations within HR systems, and contributing to digitalization projects aimed at modernizing HR solutions. Required Skills
Education
Commercial basic education combined with further HR specialization/certification
Experience
- Professional experience or strong interest in Recruiting, Onboarding, and HR Administration
- Experience with HR and Payroll software (ideally Abacus) or demonstrated willingness to quickly master new systems
