Job Summary
The K&S Group, a family-run company in the care and healthcare sector for over 40 years, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their headquarters near Bremen. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of existing network solutions across various facilities and the central office. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing problems, troubleshooting, and providing support for network component failures and user workstation issues. You will also contribute to the strategic and technical development of the overall IT infrastructure and assist with specialized projects and the setup of new locations. The ideal candidate holds a degree or comparable qualification in IT, possesses experience in network administration, and has strong knowledge of Windows Server and Client systems. This position offers a welcoming environment for career starters and requires a service-oriented approach and willingness to travel within Germany approximately every two months.
