Job Summary

This challenging role as an Electrical Engineering Service Manager focuses primarily on practical, on-site network assembly (approx. 90% field work) within low and medium-voltage systems, earthing systems, and house connections. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring stable network operations and driving the expansion necessary for the energy transition, particularly through the commissioning and automation of digital local network stations. Day-to-day tasks include hands-on installation, maintenance, and operational project execution, ensuring adherence to strict cost, schedule, and quality standards. A crucial component of this position involves training and mentoring apprentices and new colleagues, passing on specialized knowledge in network assembly and automation. Candidates must possess a qualification as an Electrical Engineering Master Craftsman or Technician (including the Trainer Aptitude Certificate) or have extensive relevant professional experience as a Service Technician, coupled with a Class B/BE driver's license.
