This role involves shaping the energy future by ensuring reliable power supply within the Bavarian service areas, focusing specifically on planning and project management for electrical grids. Day-to-day tasks include developing technical concepts for low-voltage, medium-voltage, and street lighting networks, and managing the connection of renewable energy facilities and new consumers to the grid. The position requires coordinating and leading energy projects from the initial customer idea through to the first power flow, while maintaining close contact with regional customers to develop tailored energy concepts and ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate must possess a successfully completed vocational training combined with further education as a Master Electrician or Electrical Engineering Technician, demonstrating strong customer orientation, teamwork, and a commitment to occupational safety.
