As an IT Support Analyst, you will be crucial in providing First to Third Level IT services, both remotely and on-site, managing hardware, software, and mobile devices. Key responsibilities include administering Microsoft 365 environments, particularly Exchange Online and Entra ID (Azure AD), managing Windows and MacOS client systems, and handling network administration tasks like IP configuration and Active Directory user management. You will have significant autonomy to introduce your own ideas and drive improvement projects, actively shaping the agency's IT landscape.
