Job Summary

This role involves acting as a dedicated Specialist within the municipal IT Service, primarily focusing on 1st Level Support for city administration and local daycare facilities. Key daily tasks include comprehensive troubleshooting, error analysis, and the installation and configuration of hardware, software, workstations, printers, and mobile devices utilizing Windows, iOS, and Android platforms. Beyond direct technical support, the specialist will assist the team with critical administrative and contractual duties, such as managing software licenses, handling procurement of IT equipment, and overseeing mobile phone contracts and site connection structures. The ideal candidate must possess strong solution competence, excellent communication skills, practical experience with Microsoft 365, and the ability to independently manage small IT projects, particularly those related to IT infrastructure in childcare settings.
