Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Master Electrician or Electrical Engineer passionate about the energy transition, focusing on B2B photovoltaic (PV) projects. You will be the central electrical competence center, responsible for the full lifecycle of AC-side PV system planning, from initial technical feasibility analysis and system-level design down to cable plans and bills of materials. A core part of the job involves rigorous grid connection management, handling all processes with German network operators, including grid compatibility testing, certification, and commissioning. Furthermore, you will provide crucial technical support to sales during site inspections and assist mounting teams during construction. Success requires strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and excellent stakeholder management to ensure electrical excellence and drive sustainable customer satisfaction in a rapidly transforming market that integrates storage, charging infrastructure, and heat pumps.
