Job Summary

The Release Manager will join the IT division of a major insurance group, working within agile project teams to coordinate and execute critical release and rollout activities for insurance-related software systems. This role is central to ensuring the technical quality and smooth deployment of releases, requiring strong organizational skills and a quality-conscious approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with release planning (scheduling, capacity, and packaging), coordinating diverse rollout tasks, providing key release metrics, and continuously optimizing the existing release process. The ideal candidate possesses a MINT degree or relevant IT training, ideally with experience in Release Management, Java-EE architectures, and Linux/Git environments.
