Job Summary

This role seeks a solution-oriented Civil Engineer or Geoscientist to lead projects in Subsoil and Geotechnical Engineering based in Bremen. The Project Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including developing investigation concepts, creating subsoil reports, performing foundation engineering calculations, and providing geotechnical construction supervision. A crucial part of the role involves managing client relationships, acquiring new business, coordinating subcontractors, and acting as the primary interface between specialist planners, clients, and authorities. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in a relevant field, strong organizational skills, and expert German proficiency (C1 minimum).
