Job Summary
This role requires an agile leader to manage and optimize critical operational processes within a major banking customer center. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding and developing your team, overseeing the control and administration of Dialer Telephony and Call Routing, and managing the central escalation process. You will take ownership of exciting projects focused on continuous workflow improvement through process optimization. A key function involves acting as a crucial interface between executive management, specialist departments, and both domestic and international IT teams. The ideal candidate must bring several years of successful leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to confidently navigate complex and crisis situations. Excellent analytical abilities, strong project management expertise, and professional fluency in both German and English are mandatory for success in this dynamic, team-oriented banking environment.
