The successful candidate will act as the specialist client representative, manage the maintenance of technical systems, and implement energy and climate protection concepts for state properties. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, along with strong communication skills, economic thinking, and a commitment to self-reliant, responsible work. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Diplom-Ingenieur, Bachelor, or Master) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information and Communication Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning, tendering, and construction supervision of technical trades
- Experience in managing technical facilities within construction maintenance (Bauunterhalt)
- Experience over the entire project cycle of medium and large construction projects (advantageous, but not mandatory)
- Experience in technical system maintenance (advantageous, but not mandatory)
