Job Summary

This Manager role within EY's Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team in Zurich focuses on high-impact transaction accounting and IPO services for international and national clients across various sectors. You will lead complex projects related to acquisitions ("Transaction Accounting"), divestitures, and capital market transactions, including the preparation of Pro-Forma and Carve-out reports. Furthermore, you will advise clients on GAAP conversions (IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, OR) and the preparation of consolidated financial statements. This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will manage mandates, collaborate closely with global service lines (Tax, Strategy and Transactions), drive business acquisition efforts, and mentor junior team members.
